COVID-19 UPDATE
Dear valued patients
The health and wellness of our patients is and always has been our top priority. Here at PhysioWorks we strive to provide a safe environment for our patients and staff alike and as such we are requesting that the recent recommendations from the BC Ministry of Health in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic be observed.
- If you are displaying any symptoms of the flu or COVID-19 such as:
- fever
- coughing
- difficulty breathing
- If you have recently traveled or still plan to travel outside of Canada we ask that you refrain from visiting the clinic for a period of 14 days after your return for self isolation and monitoring
During this time we will be waiving our late cancellation policy for any patients displaying flu like symptoms.
Please rest assured that all of our therapists and front desk staff will be held to these same standards. In addition, we are actively working to minimize your risk by:
- Continuing to clean our treatment rooms, including beds, chairs, door handles and all touchable surfaces in between each patient
- Our therapists and staff are continuing to wash their hands frequently
- Antibacterial soap is available in our bathrooms and hand sanitizer at the front desk for all patients
- Frequent cleaning of the touchable services in our waiting areas, including the desk, pos machine, water cooler, chairs and door handles is being continued
- Frequent cleaning of all of the equipment in our gyms between patients is also being continued
Observing these practices will allow us to keep the risk of infection and the spread of all communicable diseases to a minimum and protects us all.
