In lieu of our clinic closures we are pleased to now offer video conferencing with our physiotherapists starting Thursday March 19, 2020. These telerehabilitation sessions are available for any of our existing patients (no new assessments) and can include injury consultation, education and instruction, exercise prescription and supervision.

Bookings can be made on our online booking page under physiotherapy. From the listed appointments available you will see the option for either a 15 or 30 minute telerehab physiotherapy session.

Please click on the length of time you require and it will bring you to a list of appointment times available. Once booked you will receive a confirmation email of your appointment. Please also keep a look out for additional emails the day of your appointment as we may need to collect required information from you before your session can begin.

Five minutes before your appointment you will receive an email with a link to our telerehab program through the application PhysiApp. Please also check that you meet the system requirements before your appointment begins.

At this time we are unable to offer direct billing to insurance providers but we will email you a receipt for your session. Please check with your insurance provider to see if Telerehab services will be reimbursed.

Given the limitations of video conferencing we are unable to offer this service for new injuries and assessments. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
