Terms of service
These terms cover your use of the PhysioWorks website.
Effectie date: Oct 13, 2026
General Information
The content on this site is general information. It isn't a diagnosis, and it doesn't replace an assessment with a qualified practitioner. Please don't put off getting care because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911.
When you become a client
Sending us a message, emailing us or booking online doesn't make you a PhysioWorks client yet. That starts at your first appointment, once you've completed your intake and consent forms.
Booking, fees and cancellations
Our cancellation and missed-appointment policy is in our FAQ. Fees can change, and we'll confirm current rates when you book. Insurance coverage depends on your plan. You're responsible for any amount your plan doesn't cover.
Our Content
The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to PhysioWorks or are used under licence. You're welcome to share links or print pages for personal use. Please ask us before reusing anything else.
Using the site
Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don't try to disrupt it, overload it or access areas that aren't public.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites, like Jane and insurance providers, for your convenience. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Site.
Limits on our responsibility
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we can't guarantee it's always complete, current or available. To the extent the law allows, PhysioWorks isn't liable for losses that come from using this website or relying on its content. This section covers the website only. It doesn't change our professional responsibilities for the care you receive at the clinic.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply here. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
