Alex is a recent graduate from VCMT, currently preparing for his board exams, with a strong focus on injury recovery through massage therapy, particularly specializing in scar tissue work. With a belief that healing is a process of finding the right balance between intensity and relaxation, Alex uses his “hurts so good” techniques to help clients push through discomfort before calming the area for optimal recovery. He’s driven by the mindset that there’s always a solution, no matter the challenge.

Outside of his work, Alex is an outdoor enthusiast who can often be found at The Hive, hiking, camping, 4x4ing, or enjoying the slopes skiing and snowboarding. He’s currently working his way back into the gym.
